At Calais we celebrate the great Semillon grape in a variety of different styles and you will have a choice between 2 styles to try when you arrive.
2023 Estate Semillon
A delightful young Hunter Semillon from an excellent vintage in the classic style. A fresh tropical nose combines with a gentle citrus tingle on the palate.

NV Sec Semillon
An exciting crisp little number with subtle sweet notes of citrus, honeysuckle & melon, followed by a crisp dry finish. This is a great wine to be enjoyed as an aperitif, with a meal or as an alternative to a dessert wine.
